Elder Leadership

Hill Country Bible Church Southwest is governed by an Elder Board comprised of a maximum of nine men with a strong desire to serve God, and gifted with leadership qualities as presented in 1 Timothy 3 and Titus 1. Members of the board are selected to a four-year term by the current Board of Elders and presented to the congregation for ratification by a two-thirds majority vote.

Church Staff

The staff members of Hill Country Bible Church Southwest are charged by the Elders to fulfill the command of Ephesians 4:11-12. As such, they are to equip the members of HCBC to carry on the work of service to Christ and to ensure that the people of HCBC are prepared to effectively carry on the ministries of the church.
