Facility Usage Guidelines
The following guidelines have been established as a means of helping us become good stewards of the resources God has entrusted to us. They will help us to maintain and maximize our facility, and more importantly, will allow us to realize our vision of reaching the Greater Austin Area with the Life Changing Reality of Jesus Christ.
- All facilities usage must be scheduled and placed on the calendar through the receptionist by contacting the office at 892-0450 or via email at the church office.
- When booking an event ministry will come before outside or personal usage
- Scheduling of facility usage must go through ministry leader and be reviewed by the Facilities Director
- Ministry leaders are responsible for setup, teardown and building security for their event
- All rooms used should be put back to original setup prior to event
- Please put all equipment away
- Please refrain from borrowing supplies from other ministry areas
- If other events are occurring please be courteous
- All supplies that are brought should be removed after each event (dishes, food, condiments, ect.)
- Please wash dry and put away all kitchen utensils used.
- Please take all trash to dumpster
- Please place all tables and chairs back to their original locations.
- Please vacuum all floors.
- Please return toys, TV’s videos, ECT. To their proper place.
- If something is broken or damaged please notify the Facilities Director
- Please turn off lights
- Please lock and check all doors to secure the facility including elevators
